For ellipticals, the heavier the flywheel, the better. This is because the weight of the flywheel determines how smooth the stride motion of this machine would be. However, since this information is not provided in the Sanibel's website, we can't tell so much about how smooth this model will operate.

No chest strap included

Many ellipticals that cost more than $1500 come with a wireless chest strap to monitor your heart rate. However, even with the $1800 price of the Sanibel, it doesn't include this add-on that's  valued for just around $50 that's why we're listing it here as among this elliptical model's weaknesses.
