The console has 9 user memory slots and can store user’s age, weight and fitness level. It also includes 15 total programs that you can customize. The Heart Rate Control Program automatically detects and reads the heart rate from the HR transmitter belt when worn, and adjusts the speed or the incline when needed. Not just one, but three workout routines with three sets of user Data Memory slots.
