What You Should Do

In our Sole F85 review, we've basically stated everything we thought was relevant for the buyer. Since the Sole S73 is just the Sole F85 without the folding mechanism, our position with the S73 is basically our position with the Sole F85. At the end of the day, it really comes down to whether you think the Sole F85's folding feature is worth the approximate $100 you are paying. [Click To See Rest of Review]

For those that don’t ever need to fold their treadmill, getting the Sole S73 instead of the Sole F85 is a no brainer. It’s also said that a treadmill that doesn’t fold is sturdier than a treadmill that does fold. For these reasons, we think the Sole S73 is slightly better than the Sole F85 and the best overall deal for runners from Sole. Thus, we’re awarding the S73 with a slightly higher meta score.

Verdict: The Sole S77 along with the Sole F85 is the second best (taken strictly from a quality’s perspective) runner's treadmill from Sole. Many runners will find the Sole S77 more than adequate for their needs but those that need the folding feature will have to buy the Sole F85 instead. Our views on the Sole S77 are essentially the same as the Sole F85 but for $100 less, it’s the more attractive deal.
