Good belt and motor for this price |
Just like Proform Performance 400 which is the counterpart of this treadmill in the Performance series, the motor and belt that comes with the 590T is more superior than what you can find in most treadmills. We just don't agree with the belt and motor combination of this treadmill because the belt is slightly bigger than what is just right for a 2.25 HP motor. |

Comes with the iFit module |
With information on some integral components like the belt plies, roller size, and unit weight remain withheld, users, buyers, and reviewers like us can't help but ask if these components are of poor quality. We're hoping Proform deals with this issue of unstated information. |

MP3 player support |
This feature lets you play your favorite music in your treadmill if you're the type who likes to move to the beat. It comes with Intermix Acoustic 2.0 sound system as shown in the picture. Considering this treadmill costs just $600, this features makes the 590T stand out among other brands as only a few treadmills in this price range offer a built-in sound system. |

Motor may be forced to work harder |
Like what I mentioned earlier, the motor that comes with this treadmill, although slightly higher in rating than what's commonly found in treadmills in this price range, may be forced to work harder than normal since it will be powering a bigger belt. This may lead to possible problems or inconvenience for you in the future. |

Unknown info on components |
In the grading system we developed, we give low marks for components without information such as unstated unit weights, unknown roller sizes and belt plies thus affecting the treadmill's overall score. We're hoping Proform give us access to information with regards to these integral components as it is the quality of its treadmills that's being questioned. |
