Affordable price |
The 98516 by far is the cheapest treadmill I've reviewed and even though it's manual, I believe it still does the job. It suits very well especially if you're on a tight budget. |
|
Fold-up feature for storage |
The fold-up feature saves up space in your home when not in use. With transport wheels mounted at the bottom of the frame, it's easy to move this treadmill for storage. |

|
Very light treadmill |
weighing just 44 pounds, it leaves us asking if this treadmill can really accommodate a 350-lb user. It may not be sturdy enough to hold up with constant pounding when you're walking on its surface, |
|
Questionable quality |
The length of warranty is a very good indicator of quality. The longer the warranty, the better the quality is. It just shows the manufacturer's confidence on its products. With just a 1 year warranty on frame and 90 days on parts and labor, it poses potential problems for you in the future. |
|
Limited running space |
With just a 41.5" x 13.5" belt space, you won't have enough room for longer strides while you're walking. The belt length and width got the minimum score in our grade cards. |
|
No information on roller size and belt plies |
When information about certain components are not disclosed, most likely there are some things the manufacturers don't want you to know. In this case, the roller size and belt plies weren't discussed thus getting low marks in our grade sheets. |
