Strong motor at 3.0HP |
The motor that comes with the X7i is more than enough to power the 20" x 55" belt. We're expecting even just a 2.5HP motor but we're glad to see a 3.0HP motor |

40% incline feature |
While most treadmills give you a maximum 15% incline, Incline trainers give you a steep 40% incline which is by far the maximum incline available in the market today. Running uphill helps you burn calories 5 times more. |
|
-6% decline feature |
The best decline option available today is 6% and can be found in the X7i incline trainer. It simulates running downhill to give you a more exciting workout when you run. |

Poor parts and labor warranty |
Having just a 1 year parts and labor warranty doesn't go too well with the $2000 you'll spend for this incline trainer. Especially since this machine is unique in design, Nordictrack could have a t least give an average warranty of 3 years on parts and 2 years on labor. |
|
Unit weight, roller size, and belt plies not stated |
Our main gripe with Nordictrack and Proform products is that they don't give details when it comes to produt weights and belt plies of certain models. We don't know if it's intentional or not but you have reasons to question the quality and durabilty of this machine. |
