Although a borderline pro, The TR800 has noticably more programs compared to TR100 and TR200. There's still room for improvement in this area since electonic programs aren't that expensive nowadays.

Quick keys on nice console

Console looks modern and the quick speed and incline keys gave the TR800 extra points.

Handle bar controls

Comes with controls at the handrails and earned bonus points in our grading sheet.

Below average motor  for an 18" x 52" belt.

The1.75HP motor may be forced to perform harder to power the 18" x 52" belt. At least 2HP is sufficient for this setup. Though it comes with a lifetime motor warranty, you might not want to push the motor to its limit.

Light treadmill

A treadmill weighting just169 pounds may not be able to support a 275lb user.

No cooling fan and MP3 support

These 2 features are common in most treadmills in this price range.

No noise reduction feature

No mention of any noise reduction feature. Although all Lifespan treadmills has no information about this feature.

Small rollers and unknown belt plies

Rollers are just 2" in diameter and roller size wasn't mentioned. We give low marks for features with unstated information.
