If your mind is set on buying the Epic 450 MX, consider the following. When the expert reviewed this treadmill, he concluded that you should look into the 425 MX instead which offers a higher quality treadmill at a lower price. The price of the 450 MX has gone down so much that it can now be found cheaper than the 425 MX by a whole $400. Where the 425 MX had actually gone above its manufacturer retail price since the review, the 450 MX has gone below resulting in this $400 gap. At this price, the treadmill would probably be a good value for walkers and/or light joggers but for a little bit more, the Epic 600 MX is a step up in quality.
